Make sure your package finds its way to you by double-checking that your address is spot on. Leave no room for confusion - use abbreviations wisely, include all necessary details like street and building numbers, and don't forget route info if needed. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
Also, if you're sending to a PO Box, USPS is your go-to carrier. Sadly, expedited shipping won't work for PO Boxes, but fear not, other carrier options are at your disposal. We might even switch things up with carriers, just to keep you on your toes!
Processing Subscription Boxes:
Processing time for subscription boxes can vary depending on the order date. It typically takes 7-10 business days, with tracking information becoming available within a maximum of 15 business days after ordering. Orders are usually shipped starting on the 15th of each month.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from favesbox.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
Delivery Claims:
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it within 24 hours of delivery, please do the following stated below:
- Verify the shipping address.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
- Look around the delivery location for your package.
- See if someone else accepted the delivery.
- Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
